At Xverse Car Deals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every transaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for deposits, cancellations, and refunds related to vehicle purchases.
A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle while completing the purchase process. Deposits serve to demonstrate serious intent to purchase and to remove the vehicle from active sale status.
Deposits are refundable under the following circumstances:
Deposits are non-refundable in the following situations:
48-Hour Inspection Period: Buyers have 48 hours from the time of deposit to conduct a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic. If the vehicle fails inspection for major mechanical issues, the deposit will be fully refunded.
After 48 Hours: Once the 48-hour inspection period has passed, deposits become non-refundable unless one of the refundable conditions listed above applies.
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Buyers must complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe (typically 7 days from deposit) unless an extension is granted in writing. Failure to complete the purchase may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Once a deposit is received, the vehicle will be removed from active sale and held for the depositor. We will not show or sell the vehicle to other buyers during this holding period.
If a trade-in vehicle is part of the transaction and the buyer cancels, the trade-in must be returned in the same condition as when received. Any changes to the trade-in value due to condition changes may affect the refund amount.
Deposits for special orders, custom modifications, or specific vehicle requests are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the vehicle has been acquired specifically for the buyer.
All sales are final once the purchase agreement is signed and the vehicle is delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed purchases. Please inspect the vehicle thoroughly and ask all questions before finalizing your purchase.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, all vehicles are sold "as-is" without warranty. Any warranty coverage will be clearly outlined in your purchase agreement. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
